Our styles run true to size, unless otherwise noted in the product description.
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note, items placed during a sale may have extended ship times due to a high volume of orders. This will be noted during the sale event.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free Shipping: We offer free domestic shipping on orders of $150 or more. No discount code its needed, free shipping will automatically apply at checkout.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Flagship Store, located at 16 Whiting St Hingham, MA 02043. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business day. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are Monday-Saturday 10am-6pm, and Sundays 11am-4pm EST.
Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to all countries.
If you’re using calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. NANTUCKET KIDS is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@natucketkids.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@nantucketkids.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

At Nantucket Kids, we stand behind our products 100%. We are confident that the quality of our garments will meet, if not exceed, your expectations. We care about your satisfaction and are always here to help. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer you an exchange or refund within 30 days from date of your order. Merchandise must be unwashed, unworn and exchanged/returned in its original condition with packaging with tags attached. Returns are refunded in the original payment form for the merchandise price, less shipping and handling. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We cannot accept returns on toys, socks, tights, shoes or accessories.Sale items may not be exchanged/returned. Items purchased during Black Friday, Cyber Monday or promotional/flash sales are Final Sale and may not be exchanged/returned.

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

_shopify_visit, no data held, Persistent for 30 minutes from the last visit, Used by our website provider’s internal stats tracker to record the number of visits
_shopify_uniq, no data held, expires midnight (relative to the visitor) of the next day, Counts the number of visits to a store by a single customer.
cart, unique token, persistent for 2 weeks, Stores information about the contents of your cart.
_secure_session_id, unique token, sessional
