Hydrangeas In Bloom Smocked Poplin Dress

This is a very pretty dress, with adorable details, perfect for summer on Cape Cod. I was a little surprised and disappointed that the skirt of the dress isn’t lined, particularly at this price point and because I believe all of our previous NK dresses were. The material is light so I may need to find a slip. It fits true to size. A 5 for my 5 year old.
